Casa del Tiglio with large private garden

The house was lovingly renovated in 2013 and offers our guests 100 m2 of Ticino flair. From a 50 m2 south-west terrace you come into the living-dining room with a fireplace. The house has a large kitchen, a bathroom with shower/toilet, a separate guest toilet, two bedrooms each with 160 cm wide beds, one of which is a box-spring-bed (a very comfortable type of American hotel bed). With the exception of the kitchen, you can enjoy a lake view from every rooms.

Chill out in the garden, on the terrace, in the vine arbor; or how about a break after hiking in the hammock in the woods?

Everything is there to be happy!

The non-smoking house is ideal for 2 to max. 4 people. Unfortunately it is not suitable for small children (stream, hillside location). We apologize for the fact that pets are not allowed, as we would like to keep ourselves open to allergy sufferers.

The kitchen is fully equipped: stove (3x gas field, 1x electric), oven (electric), fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, espresso maker, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, etc.

You can buy all the things you need in Tronzano’s excellent “Alimentari” (grocery store approx. 300 meters away); fresh pasta, cheese, meat, vegetables, sausage, everything is there!

You will also find: WIFI, stereo CD radio system with USB connection, satellite television (in addition to a large number of international television channels, all major German, Swiss and Italian television channels are available); Stand fans, loungers, a hammock, patio furniture, grill and grill accessories. A washing machine is available in the basement.

If there should be a cold evening, we have wood for the fireplace and a heater for the bathroom ready for you.

Both, the terrace awnings and all window shutters (except the bathroom) can be conveniently controlled electrically.
