The accommodation Torretta, for 3 people, is a multilevel 2-room-flat
The 1st floor consisting of living-room with beautiful lake view with cooking area,
On the tour is the bedroom with twin bed (French bed, please note that it’s smaller than a double bed), and a loft with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower.

I would recommend the apartments for families or groups of young people. The open design and the facility they are less suitable for 2 couples.

The villa “Maria” is a beautiful villa on the lakeside promenade Reno of Leggiuno.
The villa dates from the late 19th Century and has been recently completely restored. The garden with sunbathing area, loungers and the stone table with benches in the shade of the trees can be used by all guests.
The 5 apartments have been created with taste and imagination, all are built on different levels. So they are not suitable for people who have trouble with steps. Each angle is of practical use. From all apartments you can enjoy a fantastic view of the lake and the Borromean bay with its world-famous islands.
In front of the house and the beach immediately begins a few meters away there is a car park and small harbor and a shipyard, where you can also rent a boat. Moorings for your own boat are available on request.
Restaurants are also nearby.

The villa is located directly on the lake, in front of the small beach of Reno di Leggiuno, a quiet village of about 400 inhabitants. From the garden of the villa and from the apartments you can enjoy an excellent view of the lake. The view extends to the Borromean Gulf with its islands, which can be reached by ferry from Laveno to Intra. Laveno is a few kilometers away direction north, towards Luino and Switzerland. This area is famous for the Hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso, a 12th-century convent built overlooking the lake, which can also be reached by foot. Near the beach you will find a bar and a restaurant and everything you need is in the village at about 200 meters.
