Haus mit privatem Garten und Traumblick

The nice two-storey holiday home Antonella with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, was built in 1995 in Bassano. It is located on the hillside, 4 Km from Tronzano. It has its own garden and has a fantastic panoramic view over Lake Maggiore and the surrounding mountains.
A garden staircase leads through an entrance porch, where guests will find plenty of space for their sports equipment and accessories. Or maybe you also want to have your own room for your dogs?

From the veranda you can go inside the house, you will find a spacious living room with a couch and satellite TV and WIFI FREE
On the ground floor is the Livingroom with a living-dining room, well-equipped kitchen. There is a dining table with 4 chairs, a 5-burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle and coffee maker, a large bathroom with shower and bidet, a storage room, where there is also a washingmachine, porch and various exits to terraces and private garden with barbecue.

A stone staircase leads to the upper floor with open roof truss and timber beams. There is a bedroom with double bed and exit to the balcony with dream view; another bedroom with deep-drawn roof and skylight (low roof). There are two single beds that you can slide over each other.
There is also a second bathroom with bidet and shower.
Guests are granted their privacy, but we can be contacted if necessary.

BASSANO
Bassano, a district of Tronzano, is a small mountain village at the end of a dead end, with few inhabitants. There is only a small restaurant in the center of the village. It a good idea to bring your supplies for the first few days. You’ll find a small but nice grocery store as you drive through Tronzano, about 4 km from your destination.

Supermarket, pharmacy and bank are in Maccagno, about 10 km away.

There are beautiful beaches in Zenna, just before the Swiss border, there is also a pizzeria (bella vita) and in Tronzano at the Surfschool, there is another good restaurant.

Car is necessary!
In front of the house, on the street, a dead end leading to the old church of Bassano, there is enough space to park two cars for free.
